The Eagle Creek forest fire that engulfed and destroyed much of the Columbia Gorge and surrounding areas in Washington and Oregon left an ominous, orange, glaring sun for over a month. The area was consumed with an incredibly apocalyptic feel--it was all anyone who enjoyed the outdoors could think and worry about, ourselves included. Over 48,000 acres of forest were destroyed.

All yarns were dyed and stored in a smoke and pet free environment. Due to the unpredictability of natural dyeing, all hanks will differ with some slight variegation. We do our best to capture the yarn's true color to the best of our abilities, but each monitor is different. Please reach out if you have any questions.
